Getting the right size can be such a hassle…

That’s why each of our sweaters have measurements and sizing suggestions according to your size in the descriptions, to help you shop here with confidence. So have no fear at our few “One Size” pieces - we are here to help you make the best decision for you, simply because you matter to us.
(Plus, if you still get it wrong, we have a full refund policy, to help alleviate some of that stress.)

    Not happy with your sweater?
    No problem! We offer full refunds on all our pieces to help alleviate some of the stress that comes with online shopping. We only ask that you mail back the unused sweater to us, with all its tags attached. More information in our Returns & Refunds Policy to come.

  • Shipping

    Our sweaters take 6-10 business days to reach you and costs $5-$15 dollars to ship, depending on the weight of your order.
    We know how annoying shipping costs can get, so from time to time we run Free Shipping promotions (where we cover those costs), to help you out. We invite you to join our From the HEARTH Email List below to know when our next Free Shipping event will be.
